Since winning the Bronze Medal at the World Pastry Cup in 2009 with the Belgian team, François Galtier’s perfectly mastered technique has been in high demand. He has traveled the world to accompany several national teams to competitions and continues to travel the globe to share his pastry knowledge as an international consultant. His boundless creativity and vast experience make him an ingenious, methodical, and thoughtful person. In search of perfection, he is always looking for new flavors, textures, and designs to create emotion with his recipes.

During this masterclass you will learn a different approach to creating your cakes, mixing design and technique, taste and textures. Create recipes that are easy in creation but flawless in their execution.  

In this masterclass you will make a mix of individual and big pastry signature cakes. At the same time François Galtier will share his approach to going into detail and how you can make the difference in the final stage, bringing the result to a whole other level.
